Beat the heat: Visit one of the water parks in Indiana

Jun 20, 2025, 09:08 AM by Garrett Kelly
Keep your cool this summer and check out our guide to Indiana water parks and hotel water parks.

Kids having fun on a water slide at a water park

During Indiana summers, heat and humidity become a dynamic duo that many people try to avoid. One of the best family activities to achieve a brief reprieve from the summer sun is visiting a pool. Those who want to take the fun to the next level should consider visiting an Indiana water park or hotel with its own water park on site.

Whether you want to visit an amusement park water park full of slides and rides or a hotel water park where you can relax and take a dip, the Hoosier state is full of fantastic options. If you don’t live close to an Indiana water park mentioned, a couple of our neighboring states also are home to great water parks.
