INDIANAPOLIS
 – Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance congratulates Ed Miller, agency manager, on his
retirement after 36 years with the company. Travis Brett has been promoted to
fill Miller’s role as agency manager for offices in Green, Clay, Daviess, Knox,
and Sullivan counties starting January 1, 2025.

Miller joined
Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance as an agent in 1988. In 1990, he became the
manager of Switzerland County offices, and in 1992, he became the assistant
manager for the Vigo and Clay County agency. In 1995, he was an agency
development specialist in the home office, and in 1996, he became the agency
manager for offices in Green, Clay, Daviess, Knox, Martin and Sullivan
counties, which he has led since that time.
Brett, a Shoals
native and resident, joined the company in 2004 as an agent. He spends his free
time playing golf and being with his friends and family: his wife, Nikki, and
    two children, Ava and Bentley.
“I am most excited
about the opportunity to lead the agency and support our agents in safeguarding
the needs of our clients,” said Brett.

Miller has earned
many company accomplishments over his tenure, including five Governor Agency
titles, Lifetime President’s Club, 14 Top Ten awards, Diamond Achiever, 30
Trailblazer qualifications, and 23 Trendsetter qualifications.

Miller and his
wife, Nancy, have three children and are looking forward to what the next
chapter has in store for them, including becoming first-time grandparents in
March, spending more time with family, traveling, and cheering on the Hoosiers.

“On behalf of the
entire company, I extend my sincere gratitude to Ed for his 36 years of
dedicated service, and I wish him all the best in his well-deserved
retirement,” said Jeff Huelson, executive director of sales, Indiana Farm
Bureau Insurance. “I am excited to welcome Travis Brett who brings with him 20+
years of insurance experience, making him the ideal leader to step into the
agency manager role for the Greene-Clay-Daviess-Knox-Sullivan agency team.”

Indiana Farm
Bureau Insurance thanks Miller for his successful and impactful career and
all he has done to help lead our company, as well as congratulates Brett in his
