Our Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance family continues to take protecting your family seriously. We continue to provide essential financial and insurance services to our clients; however, we continue to adopt new procedures to help keep you and our employees and agents safe against COVID-19.

 

Our local offices throughout the state are currently open by appointment only, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call to schedule an appointment or call your agent directly, as we can take care of most of your insurance needs by phone. Our field claims staff continues to safely conduct inspections and other field-based work while practicing safe social distancing and conducting business virtually whenever possible.

Premium Relief and Due Date Extensions


We are committed to supporting our clients experiencing hardships as a result of COVID-19. We were pleased to provide premium payment due date extensions from March 19, 2020 to May 31, 2020 to those who need help. In addition, P&C policyholders with past due premiums were granted an additional grace period of 30 days following the initial relief period. For life policyholders with past due premiums, the additional grace period will end no sooner than July 31, 2020.

 

In addition, we were pleased to issue unprecedented premium refunds to our auto clients to provide relief during this difficult time. Clients  received $20 for each personal auto policy.* This meant even if you had multiple vehicles insured with us, you received $20 for each vehicle.
