Our Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance family takes protecting your family seriously. We continue to provide essential financial and insurance services to our clients; however, we have adopted new procedures to help keep you and our employees and agents safe against COVID-19.
Our local offices throughout the state are currently open by appointment only, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call to schedule an appointment or call your agent directly, as we can take care of most of your insurance needs by phone. Our field claims staff continues to safely conduct inspections and other field-based work while practicing safe social distancing, and conducting business virtually whenever possible.
We are committed to supporting our clients experiencing hardships as a result of COVID-19. We are pleased to provide premium payment due date extensions from March 19, 2020 to May 31, 2020 to those who need help.
In addition, we’re pleased to issue unprecedented premium refunds to our auto clients to provide relief during this difficult time. Clients can expect to receive $20 for each personal auto policy.* This means even if you have multiple vehicles insured with us, you’ll receive $20 for each vehicle.
There’s no need to call or take any action to receive a premium refund. Auto clients whose insurance payments are automatically drafted via EFT can expect the funds to be deposited directly to their linked bank account. All other refunds will be mailed by check.
