About me

As your local Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance agent in Ripley County, I bring 20 years of active-duty service in the U.S. Coast Guard to my commitment to protecting what matters most to Hoosier families. I retired as a lieutenant commander, having earned the Meritorious Service Medal, three Coast Guard Commendation Medals and four Coast Guard Achievement Medals along the way. That experience taught me the value of discipline, trust and genuine care for the people I serve. I'm passionate about helping clients identify coverage solutions to help protect them in life’s moments of uncertainty. I graduated from Milan High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree along with a Master of Business Administration in Project Management. I live in Batesville with my wife, Helen, and our two teenage daughters, Raegan and Lillian. Together, we attend Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Greensburg. Away from the office, you'll find me coaching youth sports in our community, hunting or fishing. I’m also an avid golfer and was a four-time Military Long Drive Champion from 2007 to 2010. In 2025, I was inducted into the Ripley County Basketball Hall of Fame, a reminder of my roots to the local community. Whether traveling or spending time with my family, I'm always looking for ways to stay connected to the people and places that matter most to me.
