About me
As your local Benton County agent, I understand that communication is key when it comes to protecting my clients and their financial futures. Throughout my time at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, Ive earned multiple awards for sales and service, including the prestigious Premier Agent designation. I live in West Lafayette where I am a member of the Knights of Columbus and serve on the Executive Beef Board for the Indiana Beef Cattle Association. I am also the co-owner and operator of Horstman Cattle Company, LLC. I earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in hospitality and tourism management. What is a beneficiary and why is it important?
When my dad Doug passed away unexpectedly in 2017, he left behind two daughters, the family business and a house full of books and Phillies baseball memorabilia. He also had a couple of life insurance policies and an Individual Retirement Annuity (IRA), on which he named my sister and me as the primary beneficiaries.
