Registration and Use. Online Account Manager allows policyholders ("you" and "your") to register with United Farm Family Mutual Insurance Company and United Farm Family Life Insurance Company, dba Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, and their affiliated and subsidiary companies (collectively, "Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance," "we," "us," and "our") to view your account information, make payments and manage insurance policies via the Internet. These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the Terms of Use that govern access to the website of Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, which remain in full force and effect. If you (or any person you permit to act on your behalf) use Online Account Manager, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms & Conditions, which will automatically be effected when posted on this website. Your continued use of Online Account Manager following the posting of any changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

Password Protection. Online Account Manager is restricted to authorized users only. You will need a user name and password ("Password") to use Online Account Manager. We will maintain your Password as confidential. To help prevent unauthorized access to your account information, you agree to protect and keep confidential your Password. If you authorize others to use your Password, such authority will continue until you specifically revoke it by changing your Password and you will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Password. You agree to immediately notify our Customer Service Center of any unauthorized use of your Password or account information or any other security breach. We will not be held liable for any actions, claims, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from or arising out of any compromise of the confidentiality of your Password or account information.

 

Information Accuracy and Privacy. You agree to provide your true, current, accurate, and complete email address and other profile information when registering for Online Account Manager. You are responsible for promptly notifying us of any changes to your email address or other profile information. Any information we collect about you that relates to your use of Online Account Manager will be subject to our privacy practices as described in the Online Privacy Policy posted on our website.

 

Phone Information. As an OAM user, you authorize your wireless carrier (AT&T, etc.) to disclose to us or our third-party service providers, solely to verify your identity and prevent fraud, your mobile number, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers subscriber status and device details. See our Online Privacy Policy for how we treat your data.

 

Disclaimers. Online Account Manager is provided on an "as is" basis and for information purposes only, with no warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability or non-infringement of the rights of others. We make no representations that information and materials accessed via Online Account Manager are complete, timely, reliable, or free from errors, inaccuracies or typographical mistakes and we do not warrant that Online Account Manager will always operate free from errors, malware, or defective software. By using Online Account Manager, you acknowledge that we make no guarantee the services provided will be timely, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You understand that your use of Online Account Manager is at your sole risk.

 

Changes/Interruptions/Availability. We cannot guarantee that Online Account Manager and all of its features will be available at all times. From time to time and at any time, we may revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify Online Account Manager or any part thereof. We will attempt to provide prior notice of any material changes but cannot promise that such notice will be provided. We may experience hardware, software or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to Online Account Manager, resulting in interrupted service, delays, or errors. We have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to use Online Account Manager during any downtime. In addition, we may block, deny, terminate, suspend, or limit your access privileges to Online Account Manager in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice or liability.

 

Equipment Requirements. You will need a computer, related electronic equipment, or mobile device, and phone, web browser or other Internet-capable devices ("Equipment") in order to use Online Account Manager. You are solely responsible for the installation, maintenance, operation, and security of Equipment and for any telecommunication and other related costs. We are not responsible for any malware, defective software, or related problems that may affect Equipment as a result of using Online Account Manager, and we are not responsible for the privacy and security practices of the service provider you use to connect to our servers. We reserve the right to change Online Account Manager at any time even if it causes you the need to update or replace Equipment.

 

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana and federal laws of the United States, without regard to any choice of law provision. For all disputes arising from or related to Online Account Manager, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana.
