Stephanie Kendall has been with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance for more than eight years. Stephanie is an Agency Coordinator and is a manager for the customer service representatives (CSR’s) in her agency. Some of her responsibilities are hiring CSR’s to staff the county offices in her agency, training those new CSR’s and also the ongoing training of all the CSR staff.
