Frances Fields has been with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance for more than nine years. Frances is a Team Leader and her responsibilities are to provide supervisory support and leadership to the life specialists on her staff in completion of complex changes for our life insurance policies. She also makes sure that the workflow processing is done accurately and within our departmental standards.
