24-Hour Claim Reporting
To provide a 24-hour source of help and information, Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance has a 24-hour claims service hotline. You can report your claim to our First Notice of Loss Unit 24 hours a day 7 days a week by calling 1-800-723-3276. You can also report your claim by completing the online form.
Online Account Manager
You will have convenient access to policy, billing and payment information:
- Pay your bill and view payment history
- View and print documents, such as Invoices, Policy Declarations, and Auto ID cards
- Report a claim
- Contact us to request account changes
To register, you will be required to provide:
- Your policy (Auto, Home or Life) number
- Birth date
- Last 4-digits of your Social Security Number
- Zip code
- Valid email address
Note: When you register, you will be asked to provide ONE policy number. Once the account is activated, the additional policies for which you are the Named Insured or Additional Named Insured will automatically display.

- Electronic funds transfer - by pre-authorizing an automatic withdrawal from your bank account
- Online - using your checking or savings account or MasterCard or Visa.
- Phone - call 1-800-723-3276 to make a payment using your checking or savings account or MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card any time of the day or night using our automated payment service
- U.S. Mail
- In person at your local office
