Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Website eXceL Awards homepage

An eXceL Awards entry form, which you will complete online and print, must be thoroughly completed and attached to every entry. Each entry must have its own entry form. The entry form must be attached (with staples or tape along one edge only, or with string) securely enough to hold, but it should be easy to remove prior to judging. Please do not mount with glue, rubber cement or spray mount, and please do not tape all four edges.

All eXceL Awards entries must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transportation. 2-D and 3-D entries should be generously packed in newspaper or bubble wrap for protection and placed in a box or container prior to delivery to the local Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance office. Neither the eXceL Awards, Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, nor the courier service will be responsible for damage to entries in the course of transit to and from the judging site. Deliveries of entries will be accepted during regular business hours of the local office. Entries should not be left unattended at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance offices outside office hours.

Important note: In addition to the entry form, which must be attached to all entries, all boxes and containers must be labeled with the school name and the location of the local Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance office to which to package is being delivered. Also, students submitting a 2-D or 3-D entry must complete the “office delivery” section on their entry form. These steps will help ensure that all entries are returned to the correct Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance office. Each entry form must be signed by the student submitting the entry and an adult representative of the school (teacher, principal, eXceL Awards coordinator, etc.).

The eXceL Awards cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost entries that do not follow the guidelines mentioned above.
