You can report your claim using the online form or by calling 1-800-723-3276. Some of the information we need is:
- Policy Number
- Date and Location of Loss
- Description of Loss
- Description of Damaged Property
- Steps Taken To Prevent Further Damage
- Names of Involved Parties
- Description of Injuries
- Home, Work, and Cell Phone Numbers
The claim representative will contact you as quickly as possible to explain the claims process. They will investigate the damage, coverage, and cause of loss. If you haven't done so already, you should take steps to protect your property from further damage. You may also need to take an inventory of damaged property. If your property is uninhabitable due to a covered loss, you may be eligible to receive living or housing expenses. The claim representative will review these coverages with you. Please keep copies of all receipts.
