Please note: 2-D and 3-D artwork will be returned by Monday, April 28, 2008 to the Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance office where it was originally delivered, as determined by the information derived from the entry form. Any entry that has not been picked up by the end of the business day on Monday, June 2, 2008 will be discarded. The
eXceL Awards are not responsible for the safe keeping of entries not picked up by June 2. Artwork which has been delivered to the Indianapolis judging site should also be picked up at the judging site.
The
eXceL Awards will make every reasonable attempt to return 2-D and 3-D entries intact. Entries submitted in packaging unsuitable for transportation are at considerable risk of damage. Writing, performance, video art and music entries will not be returned. Please make copies before the entry is submitted.
2-D and 3-D entries deemed appropriate to be displayed at the 2008 Indiana State Fair will not be returned to a Farm Bureau Insurance office by April 28. Those entries will remain in Indianapolis through the 2008 Indiana State Fair. However, if a need regarding a portfolio or another art show should arise, the
eXceL Awards will make every effort to accommodate that situation. All entries will be returned at the conclusion of the State Fair, with the exception of the scholarship-winning entries.
The 18 scholarship-winning entries will become the property of Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance for two years. During that time, Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance may reproduce or publish them as it wishes.
