Deadline for the 2007-2008 eXceL Awards entries is Friday, January 25, 2008. Entries will be accepted at all Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance offices between Friday, January 18 and Friday, January 25, 2008. The eXceL Awards will then transport the entries from the local office to a central judging site in Indianapolis. Refer to the listing on the Internet at www.infarmbureau.com under the tab marked “Locate an Agent” for the Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance office nearest you.

Many teachers have expressed an interest to personally deliver their students’ entries to Indianapolis. The eXceL Awards welcomes this whenever possible, as it assures safe delivery. However, we do ask that teachers delivering entries to Indianapolis also pick them up from Indianapolis, to ensure the safe return of the artwork as well. If your school would like to bring entries to our Indianapolis judging site, please call 800/723-3276, extension 7748 or 7484 and we’ll be happy to schedule that with you.

It is advised that students begin work on entries as soon as possible. Exceptions to the deadline will be made only if severe weather causes numerous school cancellations and notice of this extension will be posted on the Updates and Bulletins page.
