All 3-D art entries must be original designs. Any design that is a copy of pre-existing artwork will be disqualified. |

Many 3-D art entries require assembly. Due to time constraints and the risks associated with assembly, the eXceL Awards will not be responsible for assembling entries for judging. If an entry requires more than very basic assembly, the entrant should make arrangements to come to the Indianapolis judging site to assemble the entry. |

3-D art entrants should know that pottery fired in a kiln is more durable and therefore better able to withstand the rigors of transportation and the two-month judging process. Entries created with Play-Doh or sent in “greenware” form are not as durable as fired pieces and are more subject to damage. |

All entries must address the topic of Perspective. While it is not required to attach an exposition of the artwork, it is acceptable and should be submitted as a typed statement separate from the entry form. |
